BluePrint Cleanse Full Review!
I had heard about this brand for a while and wanted to try it but I didnt want to cough up the $$$$ to do it. I tried an at home version a few months ago which ended up only being a few bucks cheaper.I did a lot of research on the benefits of juice cleansing ( I suggest you do too) and cleared it with my doctor. So here is my opinion on this product!
Taste: Most of the juices were good surprisingly! The “green” was bleh and tasted like celery which I hate. I really disliked the “red” one. The other 3 were delicious!
Hunger: One of the main reasons I did the cleanse was because I had been eating like crap for weeks. So I guess my body was used to eating high amounts of food. I did feel hungry in between the juices but it wasnt anything too crazy- I guess you could say I felt satisfied.
During the cleanse: I went to the bathroom like crazy! (TMI I know) but I felt energized and the bloated feeling I had been having for weeks went away.
After the cleanse: My cravings for fast food and other “unhealthy” food did go away, I craved whole foods which was awesome. My skin was also “glowing” and I had so much energy for days!
Overall: I really enjoyed doing this! I felt so much better afterward and did not feel bloated like I had before and I felt “healthy” again! I would recommend this to people trying to kickstart a healthy lifestyle!
Cost: $63 in total (bought from whole foods)
Note: I did NOT do this to lose weight. I did it to give my body a fresh start after neglecting my health for weeks.
